Shutao Liao, a contemporary art master, the father of Instinctive Art, traveling through the darkness of thinking, Shutao Liao is giving source of visionary inquiry above knowledge, leaving behind any kind of doubt, mysteriously haunting shapes of thoughts and souls. making the invisible visible.
Shutao Liao leads us through his mystical and intuitive dream. Regardless of all possible art movements he determines the direction of his art and soul. His style is an unprecedented mix of visual elements and technical skills. His work is unique in its kind.
In his paintings, influences from around the world are drawn, such as symbols and mythical figures. In a world of destruction and construction he’s drawing the structural elements of his soul, embracing the patterns of memories on the background of life in his art. Shutao Liao explores the stream of his thoughts and soul, instinctively, sometimes sober and exploratory, later complex and bold. In Legend of Night darkness is shown: decay, suffocating pain, struggle for life. There is no shelter, no safe place in this universe. It’s a bloody scream of happiness, freedom and understanding! In Nest he is giving birth to a warm and gentle feeling exploring the rituals of life woven into beautiful symbols. It’s about the awareness of being home and a shelter forever to stay. All his creations reveal an imperishable beauty. Shutao Liao's powerful expression reflects a deep connection with life. That’s why I would like to mention the beautiful saying of Swami Vivekanada "You have to grow from the inside out. None can teach you, none can make you spiritual. There is no other teacher but your own soul."
In his conscious and unconscious quest for the truth the artist gives expression to the hidden in our society today!

Master, all his work is the mirror of the soul and of today's society that does not forget the roots of history.
In the works of Liao Shutao, a great contemporary artist, a prominent modern and contemporary art, sums up in his works and a set of events experienced on which to reflect deeply.
In a first visual impact for works created by the black and white background with red lines, it might make us think of a call to the paintings of Pablo Picasso.
